Blogger Tag

I have have "Tagged" by blogger Mary Ruth Pursselley. Here are the rules:

1. You must post the rules. (Sort of like Barney Fife's Rule #1 - Obey all rules!)
2. You must post 11 fun facts about yourself in the blog post.
3. Answer the questions the tagger set for you in their post and set up 11 more questions for those you've tagged.
4. Tag 11 new bloggers (be sure to hyperlink their names).
5. Let the tagged people know you've tagged them.
6. Have fun!

My eleven Fun Facts:

1. I hate romantic stories (in books and movies), but I love to read retellings of fairy tales.

2. My favourite sport is fencing.

3. I play four instruments and I sing.

4. I saw Star Wars for the first time in 2011.

5. My bedroom does not have one 'theme' for decorations, but I do have separate themes for each section(including my ceiling)

6. When I am public, I am very quiet and reserved, but at home, I am very loud and I like to sing.

7. I already have my outfit picked out for May 4th-even my socks

8. When I was little, I used to think that you could send a letter through the telephone.

9. I have had my blog for almost a year and a half

10. I love music, especially classical music from movies like Star Wars and Narnia.

11. The latest I have stayed up is 'till four in the morning (because a friends was watching Batman Returns and I couldn't sleep.)

The questions I must answer:

1. What's the weirdest movie you've ever watched?
I'm not really sure about this one, since I am generally not attracted to weird movies. I would have to say either All Quiet On the Western Front or The Omega Code, both of which I saw in school. I guess The Omega code would fit the weird definition better.

2. If you could choose an actor to become a character they've portrayed and you got to meet him/her, who would you pick?
This is hard. I a lot of trouble choosing. I guess it would be Anna-Sophia Robb becoming Bethany Hamilton from Soul Surfer.

3. What's the strangest compliment anyone ever gave you?
I have no idea. I seem to remember one, but I can't exactly put my finger on it. Sorry.

4. If you were a weapon, what would you be?
Hmm. That is an interesting question. I think I would have to say a lightsaber-Small, easily hidden, but surprisingly fierce and deadly.

5. What's your favorite song from a Disney movie?
I think it would have to be "A Whole New World" from Aladdin, but I like others also. I love the music from  the Narnia movies.

6. Of all the programs on your computer, which one do you spend the most time using?
Microsoft word.

7. If you could visit a fictional/fantasy world, which one would you choose?
Narnia.

8. Finish this sentence: "Even though I'm a grownup, I still love..."
Playing with my little sister. Sometimes, we will act out scenes from a movie.

9. What's the best fort you ever made/had as a kid?
My sister and I loved to build forts with chairs, blankets and pillows, but I think the coolest fort we ever mad was a snow fort. It had huge wall and a 'hallway' to get in. Then, in front, we made this huge hole to hide in and attack my dad with snow balls when he passed.

10. Share your favorite quote.
I have so many! I think this one is very funny: "I think it's only fair to warn you that I am trained in the ancient art of Origami!" It is from Ella Enchanted. To see more of my favourite quotes, visit my "Quote" page.

11. Have you ever had an "I know what you're thinking, but I can explain!" moment? Share it, if you have.
I can't think of one.

  1. Thank you for tagging me! :) Those are some awesome questions! I'm going to have to do some thinking before I answer.

I'm right there with you on your #5! I'm extremely quiet in public, but loud at home.

  2. Hi there! I just came here from Minerva's blog, and I've decided that this is a GREAT blog! I've seen some books I haven't read that sound very good. I don't have a blog, but if I did, I'd tag you! (Loved your reference to Barney Fife...we say that ALL the time around my house!)

    1. I did not write the rules, Mary Ruth Pursselley did. I have no idea who Barney Fife is, but I just left that part on. I'm glad that you found some new books to read. I hope you enjoy them!
